Questions
What does a first project cost?
Offers are fixed-scope, so the range is known before we start: an AI Sprint is two weeks of work, an MVP is six. We quote in writing after one call. We do not bill by the hour for offers; larger custom work is quoted per phase.
How long until something is live?
An AI Sprint delivers a working automation in two weeks. A modernization runs four to eight weeks with the old system kept running until cutover. An MVP launches in six weeks. An AI-ready presence takes one to two weeks.
We already have a system that works. Will you replace it?
No. The point of the modernization offer is to keep what works. We add the cloud, data and AI layer around it, validate the cutover, and keep a rollback until you are confident.
What happens to our data when you use AI?
Your data stays in your accounts. Models run through API providers under contracts that do not train on your data, and we say in writing which provider handles what. Where the data cannot leave your premises, we design around that.
Who actually does the work?
A small team, senior by default. The person you talk to on the first call is the person who designs the system and reviews every line that ships.
Can we invoice in Türkiye or in the US?
Both. eheFactory has a company in İzmir and an LLC in Delaware, so we invoice in the currency and jurisdiction that suits you.
What if we are not a good fit?
We say so on the first call and, when we can, point you to someone who is. A short note is enough to find out.
